Getting Started

About five minutes. You connect your email and calendar and Worthington starts working with you in your actual inbox with your real clients.
You primarily interact with Worthington in the web app, which you access just like you would a website, in your browser. No download required.

Yes. Worthington is built for real estate professionals across North America. The service works with US and Canadian phone numbers, email providers, and calendar systems.

How It Works

Yes. Worthington connects directly to Gmail. Once connected, he reads your inbox, flags what needs attention, and drafts replies. Nothing to forward, nothing to change about how you work.
Yes. Worthington connects to Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365), in addition to Gmail. Setup is walked through during onboarding.
Yes. Worthington connects to Google Calendar and can create, update, and delete events on your behalf. Microsoft Outlook Calendar is also supported.
Worthington drafts replies in your tone and flags them for your review before anything is sent. You stay in control of what goes out. Over time, as you build trust, you can adjust how much he handles on his own.
Worthington reads your existing emails to understand how you write. The more you use him, the better his drafts sound like you.
Worthington asks rather than guesses. If he's uncertain about anything, he'll flag it and check with you before acting.
Worthington will send you notifications about urgent action items over SMS, but right now you cannot respond to Worthington over text. This is a feature we plan to add in the near future. The best way to communicate with Worthington is over chat in the app.
Yes. Worthington remembers key facts you share: communication preferences, client details you've flagged, and instructions you've given. The longer you work together, the more accurately he reflects how you want things handled.

Features

Yes. Worthington monitors your inbox for new leads, flags the ones that need an immediate response, and can draft follow-up messages in your voice so no opportunity goes cold. See how lead qualification works.
Yes. You can call Worthington and ask him to add notes to any client's file. For example: "Add a note to Sarah Walsh's file: she's pre-approved up to $900,000."
Yes. Tell Worthington when and where, and he'll add it to your calendar, check for conflicts, and send confirmations, all by voice or chat.
Yes. When something urgent lands in your inbox, like a hot lead or a time-sensitive request, Worthington sends you a text so you can act fast, even when you're away from your email.
Yes. Worthington is available 24/7 by phone. Call him from your car, between appointments, or anywhere. He's always on.
